How to Burn a DVD

With the influx of students coming to the digital media lab needing to burn a movie to a DVD, one of our employees created a handy-dandy little guide for you all to refer to if you prefer to do it from the comfort of your home. To follow these instructions, you will need to download and install both DVDStyler and HandBrake. Both software are free to the public. If you are in the Digital Media Lab, all of the 3D and video project machines have these software installed.

Here are the links to where you can download the mentioned software:

Download and install HandBrake

Below are the instructions for the burning. We recommend that all videos be in MPEG-4 (MP4) format before they are burned. That is what Handbrake is for. If you want to download these documents on your own computer, there is a link to the PDF at the end of this article. Thanks, Jessica, for making these!
